Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with CEO in developing human resources policies and procedures related to salary administration, staff motivation and retention, and recruitment processes, and other related Human Resources issues to implement the company vision
Participation in all HR activities from recruitment, training, personnel, compensation and benefits and ensuring the achievement of the department objectives.
Plans, organizes, controls, and directs operation of the HR department in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Conducts short/long range planning of the company-wide manpower in accordance with company goals and objectives and consistent to the established budget.
Implementing and analyzing performance appraisal system as developed to ensure effectiveness and equity with the Company level.
Participate with finance department in preparing company salary scales and grades and constantly updating them.
Custodian of personnel records from the date of hire until the employee leaves the company with proper observance of confidentiality with responsibility to release staff information in a confidential manner. These records include but are not limited to the following documents: hiring information; promotions; disciplinary actions and termination; and personnel transactions for future reference.
Participate in managing the social insurance, taxes and labor offices and assist in preparing company payroll.
Conducts company-wide general orientation program for new employees in coordination with the departments heads to show new staff the company systems for easy work adaptation and foster positive attitude among new ones. The General Orientation Programs shall include but not limited to the company established standards and presentations by department.
Manage the training programs & coordinating and following up all the company training programs.
Conduct investigations to erring employees and may render employee counseling to rectify errors and prevent its repetition. Ensures that meted penalty, if any is in accordance with the internal rules & regulations of the company
Implements an updated Human Resources Management of Information systems and submits periodic report to CEO and/or higher management as required for decision-making. The report shall include improvement suggestions or recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a medical related field.
- At least 15+ years of professional and HR experience.
- Master degree is a must in HR field
- Attention to detail and a passion for internal and external customers is a MUST.
- Results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing priorities.
- High knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Able to work independently or in teams and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work professionally with confidential information.
- Build relationships quickly to act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees
