Job Description
- Consult with relevant units to determine, quantify, and mitigate risks involved in establishing and maintaining various client and industry relationships.
- Responsible for assessing metrics and monitoring procedures the organization has set to control transactional risks.
- Track the performance of portfolios across customer lifecycle.
- Consult with management to provide assistance in corporate planning.
- Utilize analytical techniques and statistical analysis to develop and optimize credit risk strategies for portfolios to meet pre-defined goals.
- Apply segmentation techniques using generic and custom risk scorecards and attributes to build credit risk strategies for underwriting.
- Ensure strategies are within the company’s Risk Appetite.
- Responsible for integrating new data sources and solutions into credit risk strategies.
- Perform tracking and reporting on the credit portfolio.
- Proactively seek and recommend enhancements to processes and development.
- Assist in developing performance measures for appropriate portfolios, populations, and segmentation end-nodes
- Perform ad-hoc data analytics as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any business related field .
- 2-3 years of experience in Risk management .
- Strong analytical skills to understand the implications and complexities of different regulations.
- Good communication skill to ensure that all employees understand the importance of Risk Management.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to enforce policies and reduce risk.
