Maintenance Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Meets maintenance budget by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
• Reporting near-miss, and safety risks on time through safety tags. 
• Ensure LOTO application during troubleshooting and plant activities for routine and non-routine tasks.
• Respect, maintain, and follow GMP, Personal hygiene, Housekeeping, Equipment cleaning, Floor cleaning, Zoning, 5S are respected and maintained in daily basis.
• Adhere for all Food Safety system standards 
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• To take part in operational excellence program with implemented ideas to achieve world-class manufacturing through productivity, people engagement, working environment, Growth and Quality ideas.
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
• Follow standard operational procedure to ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out in safe manner with good quality as per specified standards mentioned in SOP.
• Ensure that all departmental reports  are prepared timely and accurately and meet the company and department requirements, standards, policies and procedures.
