Job Description
We are looking for an experienced supply chain manager to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly.
Job Description
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records
- Train and guide employees
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
- Develop, implement and sustain a production planning system to ensure on-time in-full delivery to our customers.
- Set up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer experience.
المهام الوظيفية:
- مسئول مسئولية كاملة عن كل ما يتعلق بأوردرات العملاء من الملابس وكل العمليات المتعلقة بها والتي تتضمن الآتي:
- متابعة عملية تحضير الأوردرات بشكل يومي من مقر الشركة
- متابعة خروج الأوردرات مع شركات الشحن والمناديب
- متابعة وصول الأوردرات للعملاء
- متابعة حركة المرتجعات
- استلام التحصيل من شركة الشحن وتقرير بالغير مسدد
- تسليم التحصيل لقسم الحسابات
- الإبلاغ بالنواقص لقسم الاونلاين والأوردرات المعطلة والغير مشحونة
- استلام شحنات البضاعة الجديدة والتكرارات
- تنظيم عمل الموظفين وتوجيههم لتحقيق أقصي استفادة
- إعداد تقارير وافية عن حالة الأوردرات
- تطوير علاقات مع شركات شحن جديدة
- تنظيم عمليات شحن وتحصيل الاوردرات لكي تسير بأكثر طريقة سلسة
- التنسيق مع فريق ال moderators لاستلام الأوردرات..
- متابعة شكاوي العملاء عند حدوث مرتجعات وحل مشاكل العملاء عند تأخر الشحنات في الوصول اليهم...
Job Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain field.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
- Candidate must have basic Supply Chain and Planning knowledge through work experience or coursework
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
Working Hours: 6 days a week, from 10 am to 6 pm.
Location: Head office in Nasr city.
