Job Description

  • up on databases and e-mail programs.
  • Organize, plan and maintain school supplies.
  • Organizing happiness with staff and writing the agenda and meetings.
  • Follow Manage online filing systems and various records.
  • Record office expenses.
  • Maintain office condition and arrange necessary arrangements.
  • Oversee the recruitment of new staff including some training and mentoring.
  • Ensure adequate levels of staffing to cover absences and meet business needs
  • Implement employee evaluations, performance management and employee discipline.
  • Delegate work to employees and manage workloads.
  • Implement and promote equality and diversity policy
  • Writing reports for senior management and making presentations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints directly.
  • Review and update health and safety policies and ensure compliance with them.
  • Verify compliance with data protection laws in relation to data storage.
  • Arranging regular tests for electrical equipment and safety devices.

Job Requirements


1) Experience From 7 to 10 years in the office manager position.

 

2) Age between 35 to 40 years Old

3) Fluent in English.


4)  A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in AUC, GUC, BUE,…


5) Possessing oral and written communication skills.


6) Proficiency in time management and task management skills.


7) The ability to use Microsoft Office programs.


8) Proficiency in writing skills and preparation of periodic reports.


9) Flexibility and work pressure.


10) Cooperate with the work team and master motivational skills.


11) The ability to provide appropriate solutions to problems and pay attention to small details.


12) Possessing project management skills in different fields
