T ake s ownership of HR systems and data management . T he role involves ensuring the timely delivery of standardized and customed reports to meet business requirements. The Employee Data Analyst will also play a pivotal role in optimizing HR processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization . Job Responsibilities: Execute reports for relevant stakeholders with requested requirements. Support any internal and external audit requirements where data from the HR systems is required . Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or equivalent. P roven experience in HR systems management and data administration. Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments . Key Skills: Proficiency in HR systems (Workday/service now/ Adobe Sign ) Data quality & analytics skills HR Reporting skills Prioritization skills Whatever their role, always looks for better ways to serve consumers.
