Preparation of Structural Design’ Drawings, calculations, structure models, Specifications, and BOQs for a range of projects to assure compatibility with Structural drawings and other trades.
Coordinate with other departments through the subsequent design stages.
Follows up the implementation of any necessary changes to the designs or drawings.
Review all Structural Design documentation prepared and ensure that it is correct to a high degree of accuracy, suitable for construction and in accordance with all relevant codes & standards.
Carry out meetings with the management team members.
To handle client & technical meetings.
Managing the design process using program / time awareness and technical expertise.
Initiate and develop design criteria and basic designs of Structural systems to maximize cost efficiency.
Responsible for accountable on the design quality and design team productivity.
Create Structural Technical reports for various types of projects.
Response to contractors’ quires & RFIs to solve technical problems.
Develop vision and goals for the civil engineering team, in alignment with broader company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assisting in preparation of technical proposals.

+15 years of Experience
B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable University.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Optional: Professional Certificate in Project Management (PRMG, PMP, IPMA).
Previous experience in construction Company
Familiar with internationally recognized codes standards.
Proven work experience in Design Management.
Familiarity with quality control procedures.
Excellent dealing with Structural Analysis and Design Software and Tools.
Good experience in Structure Detailing.
Experience in Shop Drawings
Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, SAFE, ETABS, STAAD Pro, LIMCON, HILITI, RAM CONNECTION, IDEA STATICA, RAM CONCEPT and BIM process awareness
