Job Description
- To manage all sales activities generated from the internet including managing sales leads to closing business
- An Online salesperson checks emails frequently, responds to queries immediately, and handles all Internet inquiries in a professional manner by communicating with Internet customers according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, email or in person. Keeping the company website up to date, understanding the psychology of Internet customers, and delivering a fast and easy buying experience to online customers
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Prepare and present achievement reports and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or online sales.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Experience with a CRM/Contact Management Database preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
