Job Description
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Selling new or additional products or services to potential customers.
- Sells the firm’s complete offering of products and services.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science is preferable.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Minimum 2+ years in relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Have a strong knowledge of business and trends in the IT industry, in order to demonstrate relevance and thought leadership to customers and Partners.
- Able to demonstrate a strong ability to build new business and make new contacts – unafraid to approach a ‘cold’ or ‘warm’ customer to identify new opportunities.
