Job Description

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Selling new or additional products or services to potential customers.
  • Sells the firm’s complete offering of products and services.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science is preferable.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  •  Minimum 2+ years in relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Have a strong knowledge of business and trends in the IT industry, in order to demonstrate relevance and thought leadership to customers and Partners.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong ability to build new business and make new contacts – unafraid to approach a ‘cold’ or ‘warm’ customer to identify new opportunities.
