Senior Windows System Administrator

Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, insurance to manufacturing industries.

Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA and support staff. Currently, we are searching for a Senior Windows System administrator to join the big team of professional in Cairo. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.

Responsibilities:
 

• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems;
• Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers;
• Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers;
• Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users;
• Troubleshooting system and server errors;
• Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors;
• Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase;
• Managing user access;
• Monitoring system performance;
• Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups;
• Resolve requests and alerts involving technology at sites including: Windows workstation OS, Windows servers OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, printers, routers, firewalls, switches, VPN, Remote Desktop Services, backup solutions and vendor-specific hardware and software according to Solution Builders standards.
