Job Description
- Responsible for assessing and shortlisting and finalizing the successful hire of the target departs of responsibilities with the below scope.
- Manages delivery of the budgeted Man-Power Plan assigned to the assigned location and its departments.
- Works closely with the central teams to manage the sourcing needs and strategy to delivery to the role on time.
- Manages service level agreements with Hiring Managers and counter parts to define the type of profile and work to be done and set a hiring strategy.
- Adjusts HM Requested updates to the job descriptions for managing internal and external postings for the role with what matches the business requirements & external market.
- Manages the timely updates and steps of recruitment through the SAP based candidate management system and requisitions for applicants assessment and phone screening.
- Conducts phone screening and face to face CBI based interviews and defining shortlist.
- Maintains project plan for the target hiring criteria and date.
- Drives the steps of interview feedback and shortlist selection and finalists approvals with the hiring managers.
- Coordinates updates and requisitions progress with counter parts like the recruiting coordinators and the HR business partners.
- Develops and recommend job offers and negotiate till offer acceptance.
- Ensures system on-time updates for the steps of the cycle with the management and coordinators for the same group of requisitions.
- Acts as the subject matter expert and advocate to the business with the caliber to hire.
- Submits reports and analysis weekly on recruiting status updates.
- Manages the responsibility of running reference checks, and hiring requirements of paperwork, contracts and transition to on-boarding.
- Ensures feedback and updates delivery to the candidates across the different steps of the process Ensures feedback and updates delivery and guidance to the hiring managers and counter parts .
- Follows through KPIs of recruitment requirements, working with teams and a variety of online solutions .
- Maintains and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
- Reports manpower plan status and managing the required hiring responsibilities .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant bachelor degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Knowledge of hiring criteria related to talent acquisition, evaluation and negotiation is a plus.
- Experience utilizing candidate tracking systems (CTS) and Microsoft office suite; Word / Excel / Outlook and SAP systems is important
- Proven track record of sourcing & reviewing and landing top talent in the 3PL industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English & Arabic are a must
- Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
