Job Description
- Handling received multibrands purchase orders from business units or customer.
- Review and validate the purchase order.
- Determine supplier and mode of transportation and initiate action.
- Expedite urgently needed emergency parts on back order at supplier premises through supplier channels.
- Reconcile Mantrac order system with supplier ordering system and business units ordering system.
- Handling all order status reports concerning outstanding parts for BU’s.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Management/ Commercial - English section.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field.
- Fluent in English ( written & verbal )
- Good communication skills.
- Able to develop relationships with customers.
- Able to communicate with varying people levels / cultures.
- Capable to work with a team.
