Job Description

  • Handling received multibrands purchase orders from business units or customer.
  • Review and validate the purchase order.
  • Determine supplier and mode of transportation and initiate action.
  • Expedite urgently needed emergency parts on back order at supplier premises through supplier channels.
  • Reconcile Mantrac order system with supplier ordering system and business units ordering system.
  • Handling all order status reports concerning outstanding parts for BU’s.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Management/ Commercial - English section.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field.
  • Fluent in English ( written & verbal )
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to develop relationships with customers.
  • Able to communicate with varying people levels / cultures.
  • Capable to work with a team.
