- Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical and tasks that are done by his team.
- Supervise all the quality tests as per SOP inside the laboratory.
- Prioritizing the testing of products within the quality control laboratory based on the priority.
- Job’s organizing in his area responsibility (chemical pre-treatment of profiles and wastewater treatment)
- Authorize the accepted batch ticket and Communicating of quality results immediately to the production and Support in quality troubleshooting.
- Selection of STD Samples based on the batch number so that it is without change or modification, as well as matching the results of tests product for the specification required.
- Continuous monitoring and participating in process optimization to maximize quality and minimize operating costs
- Sound knowledge of ISO certificates implementation
- Documenting of all lab activities and submitting Daily and monthly reports covering quality observations.
- Engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability
- Contacting and visiting Suppliers when needed.
- Communicate job requirements, performance standards, policies and procedures
- Provide quality improvement education to the workforce through team meetings
- Keeping and updating the files of all system certificates.
