Cost Accountant

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Open Process order closing & Teco Posting.
• Execute Standard cost estimate- Mass Processing.
• Other closing procedures allocation (Assessment), actual Activity Price Calculation, revaluation at Actual Price, WIP calculation, variance Calculation - In Background, settlement of Order - In Background.
• Monthly WIP physical count.
• Preparing the costing of new products.
• Preparing productivity analyses, Scrap calculation (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly)
• Monthly reconciliation of FG produced.
• prepare Contribution Analysis and   reconciliation of the same with financial Profitability on monthly basis.
• Critically examine and analyze the variance between actual and budgeted results.
• prepare Product Costing, controlling and Monthly product wise contribution analysis for MIS Reporting.
• prepare Product costing to track cost increase / decrease of existing products as well as to decide pricing and margin of new products.
• Preparing Time preparation and circulation of monthly MIS; wastage report, material Variance Report, Labor Variance Report, Overhead Variance, Import/Export & Freight Variance Report.

Duties

• Review material consumption.
• Verify monthly yield and accounting inputs and product reconciliations.
• Verify of statutory compliance in cost accounting records.
• Analyze monthly financial data of assigned units for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Monitoring maintenance/production orders.
• Monitoring production consumables.
• Review all posted expenses, its cost center and make sure that all expenses assigned in a right way.
