Job Description
- Handle PA cycle (Launching, gathering, verification & analysis, etc.)
- Stay up to date with HR OD best practices to generate new initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
- Conduct orientation and knowledge transfer sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
- Support in implementing internal surveys (ECHO, onboarding, benefits..) along with results analysis and action plans
- Coordinate with all employees to collect the necessary data to ensure that the implementation of any OD project is complete (grading project, assessment reports)
- Implement related OD Dashboards and maintain abiding by OD policies and procedures
- Take part in Employee wellness, engagement programs & company related events
- Handle any updates related to Organizational charts & structure
- Handle exit interviews and their related analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Good Planning, analytical & Organization skills
- Customer Centricity
- Passion for research & continuous learning
- Proficient knowledge of principles and procedures for OD interventions
- Employee assessment skills
