Job Description
- General administrative duties of Waste and Pest Management units.
- Billing for pest and waste management related services provided to various clients.
- Preparation of duty schedule for operations staff
- Stores management and documentation
- Collection of petty cash and issue of receipts and reconciliation in the system
- Supporting employees on their leave/salary/OT etc
- Proper documentation of operational data
- To update OM/GM on various matters warranting attention
- Undertake other associated task, allotment by management from time to time.
Education/Qualifications
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) from a recognised institute is a must. Diploma in the relevant discipline is desired.
Skills/Competencies/ Experience
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in otherlanguages will be an advantage.
- Must have Good computer Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
