Job Description

  • Greet & Assist customers either through phone or visit the dealership showroom in finding the suitable products or services that will address their needs. and offers assistance in selecting vehicles.
  • Provide satisfactory answers to customers with questions regarding the company’s products, services, prices, uses, and ding the required researches upon needs & requests.
  • Describes all vehicles available and explains the features, model, capabilities, and benefits of the vehicle.
  • Arranges a test drive for the customer who finds interest in a specific automobile.
  • Prepares and completes sales orders, sales contracts, and other paperwork in compliance with the dealership policies and procedures.
  • Complies with all safeguard rules and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Conducts inbound sales call transactions and responds to customer inquiries online.
  • Updates knowledge by undergoing salesmanship training, reading professional publications, and engaging in educational opportunities.
  • Initiate contact with and persuade new, prospective customers to purchase products and/or services provided by the company that best suit their preferences.
  • Determine prospective clients for the company by attending trade conferences, seeking references from current customers, and utilizing business directories.
  • Constantly update current and regular clients about new products and/or services being offered by the company.
  • Negotiate sale agreements in terms of the prices and services it offers

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any university discipline.
  • 1 : 5 years experience as a sales representative is a necessary
  • Have a background in marketing and customer service field is preferable and added value.
  • Outstanding documentation and financial skills.
  • Exemplary customer service to efficiently answer the customer's inquiries.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • English Language Fluency.
  • Must possess exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to utilize computer applications especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a highly competitive environment.
