Job Description

Job Purpose

Provides the needed support, maintenance, and admin role for SAP Success Factors

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of SAP Success Factors solution and its modules.
  • Manage the service delivered to the HR, Learning, Time and attendance, and Payroll.
  • Support the SAP Success Factors, modules, interface, and day-to-day activities as an admin.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and running of critical business processes including Success Factors Employee central, Employee/Manager self-service, absence management, Time and Labor, Recruitment, Talent Management, compensation, Payroll integration, and related modules as per the Human Resources Department needs.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Department to refine processes, standards, and workflow that maximize efficiency and data integration with SAP Success Factors modules.
  • Provides level 1 and level 2 support for all users.
  • Open tickets with the vendor if needed and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provides minor customizations and day-to-day changes for SAP Success Factors implementation.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science, or relevant field.
  • SAP Certified application associate is a must.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid 1H/2021 is a plus.
  • SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll 1H/2021 is a plus.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Talent Hybrid [1708] is a plus.

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years experience in SAP HCM Modules coupled with 1 to 2 years of SAP SuccessFactors Experience.

Technical Skills

  • A minimum of 1 Full Cycle SuccessFactors or SAP HCM project implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of HCM modules such as Core, Payroll, Benefits, Time, and Labor, etc.
  • Strong Knowledge of Human Resources Processes.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
