Job Description

  • Greeting new coming students and sending them all the required information and technical details 
  • Marinating customer satisfaction and facilitate study period for the students
  • Daily\Weekly follow with the scholars to answers their inquires 
  • Sending any missing data related to study journey
  • Coordinating with other departments to facilitate , Solve and fulfilling customer needs
  • Sending any required surveys to collect student feedback and concerns
  • Upselling any extra product will match student need 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 Years’ OF Experience in the Customer Service & Sales Filed
  • Very Good English
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Target Oriented
