Job Description
- Greeting new coming students and sending them all the required information and technical details
- Marinating customer satisfaction and facilitate study period for the students
- Daily\Weekly follow with the scholars to answers their inquires
- Sending any missing data related to study journey
- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate , Solve and fulfilling customer needs
- Sending any required surveys to collect student feedback and concerns
- Upselling any extra product will match student need
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years’ OF Experience in the Customer Service & Sales Filed
- Very Good English
- Problem-solving skills
