Services Delivery Manager

DeepSource is seeking a highly skilled Services Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Services Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, manage client expectations, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of services to clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, technical consultants, and sales teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues or risks.
• Proactively manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
