The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Collaborate with internal business partners on contract details.
• Reviewing the contracts with clients and negotiating all the contractual critical points.
• Preparation of the contracts with subcontractors taking into consideration all the obligations in the contracts with the client.
• Draft, revise and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts as updates become available.
• Draft commercial documents including conditions of the contracts.
• Draft, revise and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts as updates become available.
• Work with legal and all relevant involved teams to ensure contracts are in compliance.
• Develop and maintain digital and paper systems of contracts, other documentation, and records.
• Update existing contracts.
• Attend Commercial Meetings.
• Preparing and implementing effective contract administration procedures and developing claims avoidance and mitigation strategies
• Participate with the operation and relevant departments in the preparation of contractual correspondences with the client.
