Job Description

  • Perform a variety of responsible, confidential and complex administrative, technical and secretarial duties.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Manage calendars and schedules, screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Operate office equipment including copiers facsimile and computer job requirements
  • Book travel arrangements

Job Requirements

  • University Degree.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Excellent in Business writing .
  • 3-5 years of experience as an office manager 
  • Very good user of Microsoft office
  • High communication & presentation competencies.
