Job Description
- Perform a variety of responsible, confidential and complex administrative, technical and secretarial duties.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Manage calendars and schedules, screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Operate office equipment including copiers facsimile and computer job requirements
- Book travel arrangements
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Fluent English language.
- Excellent in Business writing .
- 3-5 years of experience as an office manager
- Very good user of Microsoft office
- High communication & presentation competencies.
