Corporate lawyer is needed for a state owned company engaged in a lot of international trade activities in more than 14 countries.

Job Requirements
- The candidate should be familiar with law 203 (and its amendments).
- He / she should enjoy high leadership skills to manage a team of the company lawyers following up legal cases in various countries overseas with the local lawyers.
- He / she should be computer literate.
- Very good English (and french is a plus); language skills.
