Job Description
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Providing business support through budgeting, forecasting, and models to the operational teams within the company
- Ownership over building out the finance function, including implementation of systems, processes, and controls
- Bookkeeping, payments, payroll, VAT, administration tasks
- Establishing and maintaining a strong internal control environment over the company's accounting, financial and regulatory procedures
- Ownership of day to day financial accounting, reporting and control (daily client money calculations, balance sheet reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, etc)
- Preparation of monthly management and financial accounts
- Providing financial support and analysis to all parts of the business to support data-driven decision-making
- Acting as the main point of contact for the firm's external and internal auditors for both statutory and regulatory audit purposes
- Improving efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities and reporting through automation and detailed analytics
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience at the same position preferred in Investment & Constructions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Excellent dealing with advanced ERP program.
- Professional qualification such as CPA is an Asset.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Very Good English Language
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Financial analysis & modeling skills. This role requires a hands on approach and the individual must be comfortable in rolling up her/his sleeves and diving in.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field.
