About the Job
  • Handle social media marketing efforts, from ideas and calendars to execution and measurement, in coordination with the Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Have a role in email marketing efforts, from managing lists and drafting, to launching campaigns, troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Maintain a communication channel with the marketing team and follow up with the daily tasks.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure the implementation of strategic marketing plans and translating them into actionable tasks.
  • Support in content marketing efforts, from creating ideas and providing creative content to publishing, as well as creating landing pages, blog posts and following up on related creative tasks.
  • Function within a team structure and operate as a partner to all team members across the Company.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
  • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
  • Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
Job Requirements
  • 3 to 4-year working experience in a marketing capacity playing digital marketing role.
  • Experience in creating a Social Media content plan and executing it.
  • Experience in using Social Media Management tools, like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and others.
  • Experience in Email Marketing. 
  • The ability to demonstrate what measures and techniques they took to increase open rate, Click-Through Rate and reduce Bounce rate.
  • Knowledge about how to follow trends and leverage them.
  • Familiarity with Content Marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO.
  • Comprehensive idea of different Arab cultures and its nuances.
  • Familiarity with email authentication and validation techniques, like SPF, DKIM and DMARC is a big plus.
  • Ability to create landing pages and familiarity with landing page creation tools and design principles is a plus.
  • A keen eye for design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • Knowledge of YouTube and video production is a plus.
  • Knowledge of gaming and sports is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Having exceptional attention to detail.
  • Being highly organized.
  • Having excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Being creative.
  • Being highly interactive and cross-functional.
  • Being a strong team player.
  • Being able to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects.
