Job Description
- Review & check the full documents received from all departments, allocating the expenses in right G/L
- Supervise the monthly AP aging, follow up the suppliers’ confirmations and prepare the supplier reconciliation
- Supervise all accounts payable (foreign and local vendors) & petty cash payment
- Organize & mange the petty cash with adherence to budget
- Follow up & review all constructions, infrastructure work to capitalize the project in right way
- Provide accounting assistance to project manager and operation staff, responds to financial question/ concerns to meet business needs
- Supervise and analyses all bank reconciliation to control, organize loan conditions
- Supervise and analyses all inventory reports to posting and get actual cost of products
- Prepare the monthly AP aging, follow up the suppliers’ confirmations and prepare the supplier reconciliation.
- Prepare the fixed assets depreciation and analyses inventory withdrawals
- Analyses all accounts to facilitate reporting to management
- Provide accounting assistance to project manager and operation staff, responds to financial question/ concerns to meet business needs
