Job Description
- Manage the short and long term financial planning process.
- Driving strategic projects for senior management with financial modeling, data mining and presentation support.
- Leading and/or participating as the key finance stakeholder in cross functional teams.
- Managing monthly (and weekly) reporting on financial and operational key performance indicators.
- Partner with Operations, Global Sourcing, Marketing, and Retail to determine investment strategy and measures of success for new business launches.
- Use SQL and excel to perform data-driven analyses and develop new KPIs.
- Strong financial modeling & analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to develop new ideas, creative solutions and demonstrated experience implementing such mechanisms to result.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Superior attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business and Economics.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software.
- Hands-on experience with (ERP) systems.
- CFA Holder.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking skills.
- High communication skills.
