Job Description
- Familiar with the current market, real estate development companies and current projects.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Marketing and sales skills, making effective calls with customers, and the ability to close the deal successfully.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Presentable.
- Good English Skills.
- Experience in Corporate Sales (Selling to companies).
- Experience in Selling Real Estate, Advertising, Media.
- Good use of Microsoft Office and google services.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Work Environment: Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm
