Job Description
- Participate with the sales manager in the planning, preparation, and implementation of strategic deals in the sales process.
- Develop an organizational plan, solutions, and suggestions to help his work team achieve the target.
- Assisting the work team to develop and improve the methods of selling and communicating with customers
- Follow-up open contracts for the team
- Monitor the performance indicators of the team and improve the level.
- Inform the marketing team of all developments and customer feedback to assist in development.
- Communicate with customers to know the nature of their work and their interests in the product.
- Explanation of the products and services provided by the company and sending videos and offers to them.
- Recording the actions taken with clients on the company's system.
- Conduct meetings inside or outside the company with interested clients to explain payment methods, payment details and services provided by the company
- Sending technical and financial offers to the client.
- Checking and approving the technical and financial offers sent by the work team before contracting
- Making contract procedures and signing them from the financial department and legal affairs.
- Follow-up with customers after the completion of the sale process to build good relationships and send updates on offers, machines and other services.
- Inform the team and keep them updated on new product launches and features
- Sending weekly and monthly reports to all interested numbers and their classification and visits
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Team leader or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- BSc degree in marketing / Business / Engineering field
