Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
Manage all activities and campaign plans through the RACI (Responsibility, Accountability, Consulted and Informed) model.
Contribute to quarterly reports on performance of Communications & Engagement activities, analyzes, marketing strategies based on target audiences, market research, to ensure marketing plan alignment.
Seek and acquire new suppliers, advertising agencies, print and production houses, exhibitions and events, etc.
Written brief to suppliers, present quotations and ideas related to marketing activities.
Periodically visit our offline campaigns and check bill boards conditions and status.
Meet with suppliers, arrange events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and report back to brand manager.
Storage responsibility, distributing material, supervise, order, receive, and deliver according to business needs (exhibitions, brochures, booths, giveaways, etc..)
Support all assigned tasks related to PR activities.

At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience (real-estate) is must.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
