We are seeking an entry-level highly-motivated person who enjoys helping people for a living. The candidate will fill the role of Customer Care Agent for our growing software platform, and become responsible for replying to interesting international customers mainly through our helpdesk software. This position is available at a night shift (from 10 am) as full-time, and working-from-home.
Our platform targets a western audience mainly, so the candidate should be proficient in English language, but still comfortable typing in Arabic.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand our software platform to a certain extent (training will be provided)
- Respond to support queries through our support portal
- Chat with customers using Live Chat and answer their questions
- Direct advanced support queries to relevant departments
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
- A university degree in any specialization.
- Excellent English and Arabic writing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good Computer skills.
- Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge.
