Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and establish hiring plans.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sources.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, including coordinating interview schedules and travel arrangements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including developing interview questions and providing feedback on candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience background in distribution,, E-commerce or Retail is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and resources, including social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a diverse candidate pool.
