Job Description

  • Handling phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Taking minutes of meeting, drawing an action plan and follow up with all parties to meet the deadlines.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for all departments.
  • Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services.
  • Responsible of the ambiance and image of the office and meeting room (ex: Furniture , smell ,general cleanliness and Accessories………….etc)
  • Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies.
  • Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general.
  • Set up and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa.

Job Requirements

  • Females only.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Presentable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
