Job Description
- Responsible for the planning, development and accomplishment of new construction and renovation projects and campus planning activities. Involving coordination with various ZC departments and committees.
- Oversees and leads the integration of sustainable design, a respect for the environment, and conservation of resources into every project ZC undertakes.
- Manage the efficient use of space on campus by all departments and entities.
- Develop and maintain the campus master plan through consideration of the program and growth needs of the city.
- Provide review of claims made by contractors and facilitate the administration of information in order to provide resolution to contractual disputes or disagreements.
- Assists with and prepares required and requested reports.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Accomplishes project planning and work analysis. Involving job site inspection, developing and finalizing details of requirements and determining the most feasible methods and procedures to accomplish project requirements.
- Reviews and interprets building codes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Architect or Civil)
- Master degree in Planning and management is a plus
- 5-8 years of experience
- Using Planning software such as Primavera and MS project – Drawings Software as AutoCAD and Revit.
- English proficiency is a must.
