Job Description

  • Lead the retail/ecommerce function to ensure the successful ongoing online sales
  • Transform marketing requirements into a detailed digital strategy
  • You will drive business growth (user acquisition, boosting basket size, reorder rate..etc) across multiple channels and make suggestions for conversion improvement projects to maximise revenue and minimise costs
  • Lead optimization of website transactional functions to increase sales and service on all platforms.
  • Delivering and managing an easy to use, commercially engaging, smart and sleek online experience.
  • Responsible for developing roadmaps, liaising with key stakeholders, as well as setting decisive and well-reasoned development priorities to deliver maximum commercial benefit.
  • Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel (Direct, Organic Search, Paid Search, Social Media)
  • Create tracking (tagging) and reporting system for campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and establishing KPIs
  • Develop, conduct and evaluate A/B tests for creative marketing ideas. Test and optimize landing pages.
  • Create conversion driving ads (managing both copy writing and visuals) and execute continuous improvement initiatives to increase the revenue
  • Manage the relationships with external vendors
  • Analyze and report on results using Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce

Job Requirements

  • Organised, Project management skills and self-managed, incl. strong leadership skills and critical thinking
  • +4 years Senior experience managing retail social media pages and campaigns .
  • +4 years Senior experience with Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in ecommerce SEO
  • Experience with e-commerce tools and website management.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Ability to manage digital projects independently
  • Demonstrable experience in online advertising, content management (Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels)
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, conceptual and data-driven thinking
  • Retail marketing experience is a must
