Job Description
- Ensure compliance ofthe recruiting procedures and processes to guarantee the quality and quantity of applicants assigned to each program.
- Manage a team of recruitment specialists and provide them with leadership and direction by establishing and implementing goals and objectives of Recruitment & Selection management.
- Manage and coach team performance to ensure team targets and KPIs are met.
- Manage individual performance to ensure every team member achieves his/her targets.
- Ensure all team members have clear objectives and understand their roles.
- Ensure expectations are clearly defined and company policies and practices are explained.
- Identify and implement improvement actions to maximize the outputs of the team.
- Conduct regular floor walking and efficiently manage and advise the team.
- Maintain accurate and timely performance and attendance.
- Listen to calls; provide appropriate feedback and coaching to achieve the required standards.
- Consider the opinions of team members and ensure feedback is given regarding any issues raised and ensure decisions are explained and are effective.
Job Requirements
- Experience in call center mass hiring as a Recruitment Supervisor or Team leader for at least 1 year.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Target oriented.
- Awareness and capability of sourcing fluent English speakers from different platforms.
- Capability of achieving a hiring plan of 200+ fluent FTE per month.
