Job Description:Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 5+ Yrs in experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM application customization and implementation on Sales and Service Modules.
- Experience on Dynamic CRM On Prem and Online Implementations
- Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Functions & APIs
- Must have ability to write the MSCRM plugin, workflow, Form customizations, client scripting, JavaScript, Ribbon Editor, Sitemap customizations
- Good understanding of Dynamic CRM Solution management
- Experience in building out of the box and custom CRM Reports
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to develop large scale Dynamic CRM Implementation
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project stakeholders.
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
- Should have experience in MSSQL DDL, DML, SSIS, SSRS.
- Should have ability to build and work on windows services
- Should have ability to work on .Net based application and components.
- Should be able to create prototypes and POCs
- Should have ability to communicate with Team Members, Customers & other vendors
- Should be able to create production transfer documents
- Should be able to perform unit testing
- Deploy bug fixes in test environment and perform SIT.
- Participating in code reviews
- Good verbal and written communication
- Moderate to strong banking domain understanding

- Co-ordinates with members and other functional teams for his or teams tasks
- Work with team members participating in back up and training activities.
- Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including, meetings, knowledge transfer and Timesheet reporting, preparation of weekly status report.
