Job Description
- Conduct employee onboarding, and support employee development plans and performance management.
- Provide support to employees in various HR & Admin related topics
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and prepare all social insurance forms.
- Administer recruitment process (job Posting, Filtration, Selection, Interviewing).
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Manage Monthly Attendance.
- Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff.
- Order office supplies and Buffet.
- Communicate with Real Estate brokers on regular basis for housing needs.
- Keep track of apartment’s occupancy and assign rooms to expatriate staff.
- Determine the need for facility maintenance and repair to notify appropriate personnel.
- Supervise the activities of housekeeping personnel on daily basis.
- Perform any assigned GSF administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience.
- 10th of Ramadan resident is preferable.
- Good written and spoken English language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
