Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage our social media and marketing strategy.
- Identify and monitor social media KPIs.
- Design & oversee SM content on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee all company social media accounts, respond to messages, and divert to relevant channel when needed.
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media strategies and technologies.
- Use relevant social media marketing and analytics tools as needed (e.g., Buffer).
- Monitor SEO and user engagement; suggest relevant optimization.
- Create, budget and manage campaigns:
- Identify & hire stakeholders (photographer, copywriter, etc.)
- Coordinate with all relevant parties
- Design & budget campaign from concept to full realization
- Create and update company profile and presentations
- Maintain and update company image through clear guidelines
- Present data driven forecasted plan with estimated budget to management.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics & social media KPIs
- Proficient web design and presentation skills (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint)
- Time management and communication skills
- Copywriting background preferred
