Job Description
- For Telemarketing /Telesales Agent his /her role will be to ;
- Make calls to clients to book appointments and then forward them to the field sales team when needed.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product/service, and close sales.
- Answer questions about products/services or the company, and close sales.
- Tele Iconic is looking for customer service agents to join one of its customer service accounts, Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Customer Service/Support Agent:
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Attends all assigned calls promptly and courteously based on pre-set Call Center SLA’s and KPIs.
- Logging all feedback onto the system and send necessary feedback to relevant departments.
- Handles customer complaints professionally and responds with efficient solutions and escalates where necessary.
- Work Conditions:
- 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
- 5 working days & 2 days off.
Job Requirements
- Fluency verbal and written English 35 words per minute.
- Being professional and committed

- This is a "working from home" job, so you must have your own laptop or PC with a stable internet connection.
- A noise cancellation headset is also required.
- You will be working from home so a quiet area is a must.
- Flexible to Rotational Shifts, and willing to work on weekends
