Job Description
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Develop and implement creative strategies that support the clients brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content for all marketing channels, including website, social media, print, and digital advertising.
- Write clear and concise copy that effectively communicates brand messaging.
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative assets are aligned with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest creative trends and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as an Art Director
- 3+ years of agency experience in similar role.
- Experience in a Digital Agency environment is a plus.
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Ability to manage a team
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant education or training
- A Fine Arts degree (preferred) or a bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Strong conceptual and visual skills.
