To ensure that products are received, handled, stored and delivered correctly
All documents related to different activities are generated and kept.
Training, evaluating & motivating subordinates in warehouse department.
Preparing and reviewing SOPs concerning warehouse department
Supervising work in warehouse department according to cGMP guidance & ISO requirements and making sure that the warehouse environment is suitable for keeping materials and products according to standardized cGMP requirements.
Assuring correct status labeling and label data on all materials and products in the warehouse.
Following up starting and finished product stocks and raise report to the vice chairman periodically.
Authorizing goods receiving advices, delivery notes and goods return notes.
Authorizing goods shipping to the clients.
Assuring timely transfer of materials / products to and from the quarantine areas.
Leading the destruction committee and taking part in the reject material committee.
Leading and manage the ERP system.

Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or science.
Not less than 10 years of experience as warehouse manager in pharmaceutical field.
Excellent understanding of the rules and guidance of GMP and ISO.
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Leadership Skills.
Excellent communication skills.
SAP User.
