- Oversee and manage the extrusion process for wire and cable production.

- Develop, implement, and optimize extrusion techniques to improve productivity and quality.

- Strong understanding of extrusion equipment, materials, and processes.

- Knowledge of thermoplastics, thermoset materials, and insulation/jacket extrusion techniques.

- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., UL, ISO, RoHS).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CAD or process simulation software, is an advantage.
