Job Description
Job Overview: The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant will be responsible for the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM best practices and methodologies.
- Integration: Develop and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems.
- Customization: Customize forms, reports, workflows, and other components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration tasks from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical consulting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM development tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and configuration, including entities, forms, workflows, and reports.
- Experience with CRM integration techniques, including web services, APIs, and data migration.
- Familiarity with CRM security concepts, roles, and permissions.
- Knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL queries and data manipulation.
- Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are preferred.
