Job Description
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of waste and efficiency.
- Submit monthly F&B P&L for management review.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
- Prepare recipes costs, update regularly and monitor its implementation and variance.
- Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that costs are within budget.
- Check and verify systems transactions/operations (POS, discounts, staff meals, settlements, lost postings, pricing…etc.).
- Preparing daily Food and Beverage report.
- Participate in stock taking at the restaurants.
- Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B.
- Ensure that all documents and material received in the stores or directly delivered to operation are of satisfactory quality.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Restaurant , Food and Beverage Field is a must.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems , cost and inventory system is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with high level of attention to details.
