Job Description

  • Manages the arrangement and appointments agenda of the CEO in all meetings.
  • Organizes daily work related to CEO office.
  • Reviewing correspondence and transactions delivered to CEO office and directing them to the correct workflow.
  • Attending executive meetings with CEO, take mom, follow up on any tasks related to CEO and also attend some meetings on behalf of the CEO if required.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments.
  • Attend meetings to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Organizes& prepares travel arrangements of CEO in terms of all bookings.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent. 
  • Very good to excellent English language (Oral, speaking & written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT., etc.)
  • 2-4 years of experience in the same position.
  • Females only are preferred.
