Job Description
- Manages the arrangement and appointments agenda of the CEO in all meetings.
- Organizes daily work related to CEO office.
- Reviewing correspondence and transactions delivered to CEO office and directing them to the correct workflow.
- Attending executive meetings with CEO, take mom, follow up on any tasks related to CEO and also attend some meetings on behalf of the CEO if required.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments.
- Attend meetings to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Organizes& prepares travel arrangements of CEO in terms of all bookings.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent.
- Very good to excellent English language (Oral, speaking & written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT., etc.)
- 2-4 years of experience in the same position.
- Females only are preferred.
