Job Description

  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Administering on-the-job training programs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
  • Assists in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) after analyzing employees' performance management evaluation
  • Documents all the performance management system actions/forms in time for every phase
  • Coordinates different actions related to performance management system implementation
  • support in compensation and benefits

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist 
  • Experience in the Recruitment, training and performance Appraisal
  • Very Good / Excellent English speaker. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
