Job Description
- Follow up the implementation of the operational plans and programs for educational supervision, after approval by the authorized person.
- Suggesting the development of the process governing the educational supervision process and following up on its development.
- Suggesting the nomination of the supervisory body in the schools affiliated to the administration (the principal/principal and the representative/deputy) in accordance with the controls and in coordination with the Department of Teachers' Affairs.
- Supervise the performance of the educational supervisors in the educational supervision department to improve the educational supervision process, and to identify and suggest the appropriate training programs for them in coordination with the educational training department.
- Supervising the implementation of the list of continuous evaluation in schools affiliated to the Department of Educational Supervision at all stages.
- Follow-up the performance level of the school administration in schools, teachers, laboratory preparers, and computer lab preparers, and work on their development in coordination with the Educational Training Department.
- Participate in preparing the job performance evaluation for the employees of the Department of Educational Supervision and its affiliated schools in accordance with the regulations governing this.
- Ensuring the activation of educational materials, aids, laboratories and educational techniques in educational environments through field visits to a sample of schools.
- Coordination and integration with other departments, such as student activity, guidance and counseling, student services, examinations, and admissions in the schools.
- Participation in periodic meetings for supervision, whether at the level of the department or school.
- Preparing periodic and technical reports of the progress of the educational supervisory.
- Preparing the administration's needs of principals, assistants, educational supervision offices, educational supervisors, and administrators.
- Conducting the internal movement of educational supervisors / educational supervisors between educational supervision departments and educational supervision sub-offices (within the school), and in accordance with the approved regulations.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. (relevant to education management or pedagogy).
- +10 years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of modern teaching theories and educational technology.
- Knowledge of technology tools.
- Proven career in education management.
- Understanding the culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or previous experience in the gulf region is a plus.
- English fluency is a plus.
