Job Description
Tendering:
- Prepare prequalification/ Registration File.
- Read and Distribute tender documents.
- Request tender supporting documents.
- Finding and reporting discrepancies between tenders terms & conditions.
- Preforming clarifications, maintaining client communication to facilitate in developing contract strategies & coordinating with the project implementation department for smooth functioning of the project.
- Assist in Tenders' Technical and Commercial Submission.
- Attend Final Tender Review
- Participate in technical Briefs / Presentations to clients.
- Participate in client visits for exposure to perform client surveys.
Contacting:
- Read and highlight discrepancies between Contract terms & conditions.
- Assist in preparing any technical documents and/or clarifications related to Contracts.
- Request Supporting documents from concerned departments.
- Filing and archiving all related data.
- Draft and evaluating all forms of agreements made with ( Partners, Agents, Representatives, subcontractors, etc, )
Quality Management:
- Assist in completing Quality Management Forms including Tender Register form and tender review form.
- Attend internal and external Quality audits.
Business Development:
- Assist in Conceptualization of engineering activities for new service lines. i.e Technical proposals - Service registration etc.
- Performing Business development activities by capturing business growth opportunities under supervision of BDM.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 Years of Experience.
- Females Only .
- Awareness of Tendering and Contracting.
- Awareness of the standard terms and conditions, indemnities, remuneration and basics of operations scope of work and QHSE requirements in a tender and/or contract.
- very good computer skills.
- Very Good in English Language ( oral & written)
